Pete Tatman has over 38 years of experience working within the accounting profession.  He earned his bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, then began his career at Ernst and Ernst followed by a stint as a treasurer for several years. 

Pete has accumulated several awards and accomplishments throughout his career, including being named the Charter Financial Consultant in '84.  As an active member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, he recieved honors as Man of the Year in '89.

In his spare time, Pete enjoys volunteering and is active in his church community.  He received the Arthritis Foundation's Volunteer of the Year Award in '94 as well as the Lifetime Service Award from Arapaho United Methodist Church.  He is the former president of the Richardson Lion's Club, of which he's been a member for over 20 years.

Pete and his wife Arva have three children.  Katie earned her bachelor and master's degree from the University of Texas and is currently working in the Dallas area as a CPA.  Megan earned a triple major degree in Spanish, Government, and Latin American Studies from the University of Texas.  After graduation, she worked in South America as a teacher, and currently resides in Guam with her husband.  The youngest, Denver, is a Philosophy senior at the University of Texas at Dallas.  He recently returned to the states from a study abroad in Denmark.
